within the framework of our talent website, which you have explicitly agreed upon when using our

When you visit our website, your IP address and the beginning and end of the session are recorded

The Austrian Silicon Alps Cluster GmbH (SAC) is responsible for your personal data you have entered
in the talent process in accordance with the applicable data protection law.
In addition to the SAC as the recipient of this data, all organizations that are listed as cooperation
partners also have access to your data; this also applies to those cooperation partners who will only
join the SAC network in the future. You can find the current status of the cooperation partners at

The data received from you is stored within the European Union or the European Economic Area
(“EEA”).
Should one of our cooperation partners want to use your data in a country outside the European

Who has access to your personal data?
Your data will be passed on by the SAC to its cooperation partners (see above “Who is responsible for
your data”). The recipients (SAC-GmbH, cooperation partner of SAC) of this data use it exclusively in
the agreed sense of talent placement and recruitment activities.
We do not pass on your data for any other purpose, in particular not for marketing purposes to third
parties who are not cooperation partners of SAC. Data that is passed on to the cooperation partners
of the SAC will only be used to provide our services for you.

Recruitment
Why do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data to communicate directly with you and to evaluate your profile in
relation to current and/ or future recruitment needs within the SAC network. This process can
include screenings, interviews, tests, reference reviews and information about new positions based
on your profile.
If you are offered a job, the process transfers to the respective company concerned.
What kind of data do we process?
We process the personal data transmitted to us ourselves.
We process the following categories of data after you have sent us your profile, such as your
curriculum vitae and personal cover letter:
• Contact information such as name, email address, postal address and telephone number;
• Date of birth;
• former employers and references;
• Recruitment documents such as job interview notes and exam certificates

What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data consists in the consent given by you at the
time of the provision and transmission of your personal data.
How long do we keep your data?
We store your data in accordance with the legal provisions; in principle, they are retrievable to our
cooperation partners in our system for a maximum of 18 months.
Legal instruction on your rights
With regard to your data stored by us, you have the rights bound by the GDPR for the information,
correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection on your data. If you
